Vivid, but Not in Colour

I always think that vivid means colorful images—albeit sometimes seem surreal. Initially, I liked them. They were so beautiful; my mind even considered them as Eden. But as the time goes by, I read an article about Supernormal Stimuli and I realized, it was all artificial and unnatural.

Simplistic Calculator

You read that right.

Several days ago, me and my friends were working on an Arduino project for a certain subject—Human and Computer Interaction to be precise. Fortunately, we weren’t doing this at 2 o’clock in the morning; instead, we were doing this project at around 5 p.m.

Even to convince my friends was hard work. I had to buy several rather expensive components, then storm through the heavy rain. I couldn’t just join my friends; well, I had this assignment that needed to take care of first.

Eventually, I joined and bought both of my friends some snacks. Fortunately, this time it wasn’t raining. After done with the assignment, I stayed for a while—until maybe 9 p.m.—and went home when I exactly had to pee; there was no water there (My friend said it was not unusual). We enjoyed our times, I hope.

Unending Conundrum

After all this time, I thought the biggest conundrum on Earth is women—but seriously, even now I can’t seem to discern women behavior entirely. But I’m not going to talk about women here. But I think that even though they’re somewhat not like as they seem, they have a magical aura that can radiate love and peace.

But honestly, I think the biggest conundrum in my life is myself. Really.

Perpetual Parlay

Ah, what a time to be alive.

I don’t want to tell you the obvious—that we have to grow up and parlay our skills and knowledge in order to transform lives around us to be better—but do we have to parlay all the time? What if we don’t want to? What if, we abandon our most valuable assets just so we can live for ourselves and not for others?

One Simple Desire

If money were no object, this may be the first thing that I would buy. A tree house, in the middle of a forest. Why? Because I want to know what it feels like living among the mother nature itself; along with various animals and plants, unscathed by humans’ hands.

Then what?

Honestly, I don’t know. Theoretically, once a man has already fulfilled one of his desires, he goes on to pursue another. Same goes with me. I want a house that I can use to escape this cruel world for a while. No human interference, just me. Or maybe, with my family once things have been better.

Grimmer but Hopefully Brighter

I doubt that I will benefit completely from the advancement of technology. I read several tech news and I have to admit, it’s both appealing and appalling to me. Artificial Intelligence is now ubiquitous; you can read the news for yourself.

There are several examples which I found… brilliant. Those are: Amper Music, Ford’s Autolivery, and Ozlo. They’re fully utilizing the true potential of AI, making their business remarkably profitable while, uh…, let’s say reducing cost of hiring people. 

Readers’ Folly

Thanks to one of The Mind of Nox‘s posts, I suddenly able to change the topic concerning this prompt: Folly. To be honest, I already changed topic about five times about this prompt. This is one of the hardest prompts, in my opinion.

Yeah! A not-so-typical topic. 😀

In my country, there was this fuss about fake news. And it’s not without reasons. One of the reasons is because it’s profitable. If you do not believe it, check this news about a fake news factory at Macedonia. Even there’s a website that allows you to create fake news.

Hesitate to Write

I feel like I have to tell you something. Writing this post actually took me quite a hesitation at first. Mainly, it’s due to the restricting time available.

I was going home from college after a class very early in the morning—at 7 o’clock. Then, after dealing with some problem I chose to go home—which at 9 o’clock there was a tutor about a subject which I really have no idea of. I hesitated, but eventually went home.

Time Quickens

Time quickens, but I do not.

Last month, I felt that I had all the time in the world to do what I want—writing posts, playing games, or maybe just reading while listening to my favorite songs.

Center of Myself

Just found this amazing infographic. Apparently, it’s true. When I’m writing, I think of myself as the center of my own attention. Although this might sound egotistical—and I know it does—it helps me with many things of my life.
